Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the scheduled delivery window, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other factors may affect delivery times. In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from delayed delivery.
Refunds and Returns: If you receive damaged or spoiled items, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damaged items before issuing a refund or replacement. Please note that some items, such as fresh produce or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return or refund.
User Conduct: You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our website and services by, any third party. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or services, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website or services. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India, Madhya Pradesh & Local government body of Ratlam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the court of law, area of Jurisdiction in case of any disputes will always be Ratlam, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

No Return Policy –
At www.benoffe.com, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before placing them to ensure that they have selected the correct products and quantities. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items such as cereals, grains, sweets, grocery, milk products, food, tea leaves, snacks, dry fruits, and pulses.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

When you are making a payment through UPI, it is important to not refresh the payment page until the payment processing is complete. Refreshing the page may cause the payment to fail, and you may have to retry the payment process.
No refunds for paid orders:
Once you have made a payment for an order on our website, there will be no refunds unless required by law. Even in cases where a refund is required by law, we will only refund the principal amount without any interest or compensation.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
At www.benoffe.com, we accept online payments through various modes including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI for your convenience. We take your payment security very seriously and ensure that all your transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
Once you place an order on our website, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and the total cost of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. You will be required to make payment in full at the time of placing your order.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order for various reasons. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse or store or dispatch centre. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund to your original payment method subject to approval of refund. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We offer grocery (tea leaves pack) delivery services to customers within Indian territory on serviceable pin-codes by the service providers. In case of a non-deliverable pin-code, we inform the customer before hand, and if any payment is made in advance is refunded in 8-10 working business days.
Orders will be delivered within 8 - 10 working business days from the time the order is placed.
Our delivery fee is minimum 40 Rs. per order and dynamic depending upon the location of buyer. Maximum delivery fees is 150 Rs per KG. This fee may vary based on the size and weight of the order.
We offer free delivery for orders placed in Ratlam city only (Serviceable pin code 457001).
All orders must be paid in full before delivery.
Our delivery team will make every effort to deliver your order within the scheduled delivery window, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other factors may affect delivery times. In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you are not home to receive your order, our delivery team will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for scheduling a new delivery time and paying any associated fees.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed for delivery cannot be cancelled.
